Shipping Policy
We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please read below for details on processing times, shipping rates, and delivery estimates.
1. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on a business day are typically shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

3. Packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, discreet packaging with no product branding on the outside. The return label will show a neutral business name. Cold-chain packaging is included with 2-day shipping.
4. Order Tracking
A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your delivery. If you haven't received a tracking email within 2 business days, please check your spam folder or contact us.
5. Wrong Address & Failed Delivery
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment at your cost.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, please check with neighbors and your local post office first. If unresolved, contact us within 10 days of the delivery date. For damaged items, send us photos within 7 days and we will arrange a replacement.
